These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the site nicolabonanno.com. These Terms apply to both clients ("Users") and photographers/videographers ("Photographers"). There is also a separate document ("Terms and Conditions for Photographers") that must be agreed upon by the Photographer prior to the photoshoot.
By accessing and using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which establish a contractual relationship between you and Nicola Bonanno Photographer. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not access or use the Website.
The Photographers who collaborate with Nicola Bonanno Photographer are not employees but external collaborators who provide photography services.
The Photographer confirms that they hold all necessary permissions and authorizations required to provide photography services (if such permissions are mandated by applicable law), or alternatively, the Photographer affirms that they are legally allowed to offer photography or videography services on an occasional basis (not as a business) as permitted by the applicable law.
Bookings and inquiries are made through the "booking form" directly on the Website (Users may also submit inquiries via email, WhatsApp, etc.). Users are encouraged to complete payment through the website's payment gateway or in cash if necessary.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled photoshoot, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate a new date, but please note that we cannot guarantee the availability of the Photographer on alternative dates.
In the unlikely event that the photoshoot is canceled due to the Photographer's fault, we will offer a full refund. We always strive to reschedule when possible to avoid any cancellation fees.
Sessions can be rescheduled due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances. If rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a full refund.
Please note that nicolabonanno.com is not responsible for any additional fees charged by your bank, card provider, or PayPal in relation to the refund process.
If the client does not show up for the photoshoot, no refund will be given. For late arrivals, while we will do our best to accommodate you, we cannot guarantee that the session will be extended beyond the original time.
nicolabonanno.com and the Photographer reserves the right to cancel any booking at any time if communication with the client is deemed inappropriate, disrespectful, or if the working relationship is compromised in a way that may affect the quality of the service. In such cases, the Photographer may retain the booking fee as compensation for the time invested in communication, scheduling, date reservation, and administrative work. This clause applies regardless of how far in advance the cancellation occurs and is considered standard industry practice to ensure a respectful and professional working environment.
All prices are quoted in EUR (Euro). While nicolabonanno.com may display approximate prices in other currencies, please note that the final price will always be displayed and charged in EUR.
We do not have control over exchange rates set by banks or other financial institutions. Therefore, we are not responsible for any fluctuations in the exchange rates applied by the payment gateway, PayPal, your bank, or your card provider during the payment process.
After your photoshoot, all images and videos will be professionally edited and delivered to you through a secure cloud-based transfer service. You will receive an email with a link to download your high-resolution photos in JPG format within 7 days of the session. Please note that the download link will remain active for 30 days, but if you need an extension, feel free to request it.
By booking a photoshoot with nicolabonanno.com, you acknowledge and agree to waive certain legal rights, including the right to seek compensation for accidents or injuries, whether now or in the future. You release nicolabonanno.com and the Photographer from any liability related to personal injury, death, property damage, or other losses that may occur during or as a result of your photoshoot.

By booking with nicolabonanno.com, you acknowledge that you are familiar with the photography style of your chosen Photographer and accept the photos in that style and quality. Should any issues arise with your photos, please contact us promptly. We are committed to addressing and resolving any concerns to your satisfaction.
While we strive to ensure the best experience, please understand that we cannot control extraordinary circumstances such as weather conditions. Photoshoots can proceed in various weather conditions, as our Photographers are experienced professionals who can suggest alternative locations for shooting, even in rain or cloudy conditions. Sometimes, these weather conditions can result in unique and creative photos that differ from traditional "sunny day" sessions. However, if the forecast predicts poor weather on the day of your shoot, we will attempt to reschedule, though we cannot guarantee availability.
In addition to the main photoshoot service, nicolabonanno.com may offer various add-ons such as expedited delivery, makeup services, or flower delivery to the shoot location. These additional services are arranged on a case-by-case basis and will be discussed and agreed upon with the client prior to booking.
These Terms and Conditions, as well as the services provided by nicolabonanno.com, are governed by Italian law. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be exclusively handled by the competent courts of Italy.
